PremFina endeavor’s to do its best to provide an excellent service. However, there might still be times when you feel you have cause for complaint. If so, we will aim to resolve your complaint and quickly and fairly as we possibly can. We take all complaints seriously and value and feedback which can help us improve the service we provide.

When making a complaint, please provide us with your full name, address, policy number and name of the broker through which you obtain the policy.
