I think I have been a victim of fraud
If you think you have been a victim of fraud and have an active agreement with PremFina, do get in touch with us.
We would also suggest you take the following actions:
- If you have had your personal documents stolen such as passport, driving licences, bank or credit cards), we strongly encourage you to report this to both the police, and the organisation which issued the document.
- Get in touch with your bank right away
- Reset all your online passwords and make sure to use strong passwords.
- Ensure your devices are up to date with security/ anti-virus protection.

If you think you have been a victim of fraud, we encourage you to contact Action Fraud online (report fraud and cybercrime to Action Fraud) or call on 0300 123 2040 Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm.
